1. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
As a design studio partnering with print and production companies, every item is uniquely custom-made per order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, change of mind, or simply not liking the product.
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, our designers, tailors/print team, shipping partners, credit card processors, merchant services, and staff are all compensated. Recouping these incurred costs is not feasible, so all sales are final.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and details before purchasing to ensure the perfect selection. We also maintain no inventory space for returned items.
That said, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or similar quality issue, please contact us promptly; we’re committed to making it right and may offer a special discount on your next purchase as a gesture of appreciation.

Yes, we proudly offer global shipping with a flat rate of $30 per order.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
- United States — Express shipping is our standard for domestic orders, with most deliveries arriving in 48–90 hours after production.
- Canada — Similar express timelines, typically 68–120 hours after production.
4. What about shipping times to the rest of the world?
For international destinations outside North America, delivery times depend on the courier and local customs/handling processes, we do not control these external factors. International shipping involves many variables (customs clearance, local logistics, etc.), so please allow extra time and patience. We recommend tracking your order closely once it ships. Typical international transit can range from 7–30+ days, depending on the country and carrier.

Yes, unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following countries due to restrictions, sanctions, or logistical challenges:
