Due to the nature of our operations, all purchases are final.
Once an order is submitted, multiple non-refundable costs are immediately incurred, including but not limited to:

Supplier and contractor charges

Tailoring, production, and staff labor costs
These fees are paid upfront and cannot be recovered, even if an order is canceled or returned. For this reason, issuing refunds or accepting returns is not feasible.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.
No Returns, No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Ordering errors made by the customer

Delivery delays or courier issues outside our control
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@divistrom including your order number and clear photos.
Each case will be reviewed individually. Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion. More-so, “While this is not a refund or return guarantee, we will carefully review your case and may offer exclusive discounts on your next purchase.”
