All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our operations, all purchases are final.

Once an order is submitted, multiple non-refundable costs are immediately incurred, including but not limited to:

  • Credit card and payment processing fees

  • Merchant service fees

  • Supplier and contractor charges

  • Tailoring, production, and staff labor costs

These fees are paid upfront and cannot be recovered, even if an order is canceled or returned. For this reason, issuing refunds or accepting returns is not feasible.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.

No Returns, No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, fit, or measurements

  • Color, fabric, or style preference

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

  • Delivery delays or courier issues outside our control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@divistrom including your order number and clear photos.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion. More-so,  “While this is not a refund or return guarantee, we will carefully review your case and may offer exclusive discounts on your next purchase.”

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:

  • Carefully reading all product descriptions

  • Reviewing sizing charts, measurements, and specifications

  • Confirming order details before checkout

We strongly encourage customers to contact us  if they have any questions. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
